The concept behind the design was simple: create a natural, welcoming
environment that would feel like a breath of fresh air amidst the busy pace of recruitment work.By incorporating natural materials and green elements, we transformed the office into a calm yet dynamic space where both employees and visitors could thrive.
The first step in achieving this vision was the use of wooden wall panels on the Reception and Meeting Room. The warmth and texture of the wood bring an organic touch to the space, softening the hard edges of the modern office design while creating a sense of grounding. The wooden panels, with their rich tones and
grain patterns, help to balance the more industrial aspects of the office, adding a natural, earthy feel that contrasts beautifully with sleek furnishings and glass partitions.
A key element in bringing the outdoors in is the incorporation of wall greenery. Strategically placed living plants on various walls add vibrancy to the space and introduce fresh oxygen into the office environment. Not only do plants contribute to improved air quality, but they also reduce stress levels and boost mood, which is vital in a fast-paced recruitment setting. We opted for a mix of low-maintenance plants to maintain a fresh, vibrant look throughout the year. The greenery was thoughtfully incorporated into different zones of the office—from the reception area to meeting rooms and common spaces—creating a continuous flow of nature throughout the space.
Collaborative spaces were equipped with modern, ergonomic furniture to enhance comfort, while private meeting rooms were designed with acoustic solutions to ensure confidentiality during sensitive recruitment discussions. The open-plan areas were carefully zoned to encourage both quiet individual work and lively group discussions, offering a perfect balance between productivity and creativity.
