Conceived as a living design studio and creative showcase, our Kuala Lumpur office embodies a bold modern industrial aesthetic that reflects PAND Design Group’s passion for authenticity, spatial structure, and material experimentation. The workspace is crafted to serve both as a high-performance studio for our design team and an immersive physical catalog for clients.
The interior language celebrates raw industrial elements reimagined with contemporary precision. Exposed matte-black ceilings, visible MEP ducting, industrial metal framing, and polished concrete-look flooring form a dark, tactile backdrop. This raw architectural frame is punctuated by high-contrast accents—most notably vibrant industrial yellow ductwork, corrugated metal paneling, and warm timber slatted feature walls that inject immediate creative energy into the studio.
The floor plan is purposefully structured around collaboration and design workflow. A central materials and resource library offers a hands-on environment for sample curation, while open-plan workstation bays and glass-bound meeting suites promote seamless communication. In the pantry and lobby zones, custom island counters crafted from warm slatted timber and solid stone tops serve as informal gathering hubs, striking a balance between utilitarian design and warm hospitality.
